Internal. A database-backed AI note system for production work. Client context, project history, and research get stored with semantic search and auto-tagging, and my AI tools read it all through a custom MCP server.

Personal use. A training log I built for my own six-day push/pull/legs plan. It runs the full thirteen weeks, shows last week's numbers beside every lift, and lets me swap or skip an exercise on the day. Syncs across my devices.
