Talk T.O. My Stomach

A 1:25 instructional short from Talk TO My Stomach in which Chef Nuit Regular of Pai Northern Thai Kitchen in Toronto demonstrates how to prepare and eat Miang Khung — a traditional Thai street food in which multiple fresh ingredients are wrapped and folded inside a leaf. The video uses close-up food cinematography and ingredient lower-thirds (pomelo, chili peppers, garlic, shallots, ginger, lime, shrimp, roasted peanuts, coconut sugar, tamarind reduction) and closes on the Talk TO My Stomach logo.

Chef Nuit explains: 'You just use the outside, go right to middle of them, right and then left, so create a pocket. You add some of the pomelo in here, chili if you like spicy, get more the red one, some garlic...'
